Our Service Calls Include:

• Objectives, Condenser, Slide Holder and any Accessories are removed.

• The Microscope and Components are scrubbed and cleaned.

• The Eye Pieces and Head are removed and Cleaned.

• The slide holder is reinstalled and adjusted to ensure proper scanning.

• Lubricated as needed

• Condenser is Reinstalled and Centered (Koehler Illumination when applicable)

• Objectives are cleaned and reinstalled. Shimmed to parfocal when needed.

• Electrical System checked and adjusted.

• Check for proper bulb

• Microscope is tested with a slide

• Any issues are addressed
